We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. We will Contact you with a final order sheet if items are out of stock.. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.
 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. SAC CASH AND CARRY reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item depending on availability and other factors.

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00PM  , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Dear SACCASHANDCARRY Customer

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 14 DAYS from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return1 week from the date of purchase. take multiple pictures showing the damage and include written explanation for the return product and credit request.

1-Damaged, broken or missing items:

  • You have 14 DAYS from the time you receive your order to report any damaged,broken or missing items.
  • Please take a picture of all items in question and send it to our email address; [email protected]
  • If you can’t or if you fail to follow theses instructions your items will not be replaced or refunded, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Take Pictures And include a written explanation

2-Due to the high volume in phone calls we receive, if you need to place an order over the phone but unable to reach us, please leave your name and phone number and we will call you back as soon as possible. You may fax your order to (916) 221-4313. Please allow 1-2 business days for you order to be processed.

3-A 10% Restocking Fee Might be assessed for canceled orders.
4-If you are not satisfied with a product you have 1 week from the time you received your order to let us know.
5-Absolutely NO refunds on open or used products such as Quick Fix, Clean Stream, Field Kit and Etc…
6-Absolutely NO refunds on Capsules, Powders, Liquids and Etc…
7-If you request NO SIGNATURE Required, we are not responsible for any lost items.

  1. All orders will ship FIRST COME FIRST SERVE within 1-3 business days . (Except weekends and holidays)
  2. We do not charge handling or processing fees, All charges are carrier fees.
  3. We Utilize UPS Ground, GLS and USPS shipping.
  4. No Hazmat shipping.
  5. All shipments are insured for the full value of the orders shipped.
  6. All delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier.
  7. All orders are picked up by carriers at 3pm.

Once your order is shipped we will notify you via e-mail with your tracking number and final order information.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

SACRAMENTO CASH AND CARRY is a whole sale business. We only sell B2B and we don’t charge sales tax
 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, SAC CASH AND CARRY shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SAC CASH AND CARRY shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SAC CASH AND CARRY shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
